PGC collects personally identifiable information ("PII") about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. PII includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your phone number, or e-mail address. Although you are required to register as a member of the website in order to use certain areas and some PII is needed in order to process and fulfil requests, many areas of the PGC site can be accessed without providing any PII. PGC collects PII when you register to receive the latest news and information regarding PGC's products and services.

On all PGC site pages that collect PII PGC specifically describes what information is required in order to provide you with the information, product or service you have requested. Registration
You must register to use parts of the PGC site. During registration you are required to give your contact information (such as mobile telephone number and e-mail address). This information is used to control access to certain areas of the site.

Occasionally PGC may offer site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey. Information collected by PGC when you participate in a survey may include your full name, e-mail address, street address and employer.

PGC collects PII such as your full name, e-mail address and contact number whenever you submit a question or suggestion, or request assistance.

Other Information Collected by PGC
PGC collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to the PGC site. This information is collected from your computer's web browser and may include your IP address, operating system, web browser software (i.e. Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer), and referrer website. IP addresses are not linked to PII.

Use of Your Information
Information collected on the PGC site may be used to register you to access certain parts of the site. Send e-mail notifications to you. Respond to your questions or suggestions. Provide you with information you request. Improve the quality of your visit to the PGC site.

If your registration request is approved you will receive confirmation, sent to your e-mail address.

PGC will share aggregated demographic information with its partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Legal Obligations
PGC may be required by law to disclose information you have provided when obtaining products or services from PGC or its partners. PGC may also disclose information relating to someone who poses a threat to PGC's interests or whose activities could bring harm to others.

PGC reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. If PGC decides to change its privacy policy, PGC will post those changes on the PGC website's homepage so that users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances, if any, it may be disclosed. If at any point PGC decides to use PII in a manner other than as stated at the time of its collection, PGC will notify users by way of an e-mail.
